การสอบ S AEIS หรือ Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students กระทรวงศึกษาธิการสิงคโปร์ได้ปรับระเบียบในการสอบเข้าโรงเรียนรัฐบาลสิงคโปร์หรือโรงเรียนที่รัฐบาลสนับสนุน ระเบียบดังกล่าวมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

การสอบ Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students

กระทรวงศึกษาธิการสิงคโปร์ได้ปรับระเบียบในการสอบเข้าโรงเรียนรัฐบาลสิงคโปร์หรือโรงเรียนที่รัฐบาลสนับสนุน ระเบียบดังกล่าวมีรายละเอียดดังนี้

กระทรวงศึกษาธิกสารเป็นผู้ดำเนินการสอบ โดยจะมีการจัดสอบปีละ 2 ครั้ง ในเดือนตุลาคม และกุมภาพันธ์ของแต่ละปี การสอบนี้จะมีชื่อว่า The AdmissionsExercise for International Students โดยมีชื่อย่อว่า AEIS และ S AEIS
นักเรียนที่มีสิทธิสอบสามารถสอบเข้าเรียนในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 2-5 และ มัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3
ค่าธรรมเนียมการสมัครสอบ AEIS-Primary: $340 และ AEIS-Secondary: $630 ค่าธรรมเนียมนี้เมื่อจ่ายแล้วไม่สามารถขอคืนได้
นักเรียนที่มีสิทธิ์สอบจะต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี นับจากเกณฑ์อายุที่รัฐบาลกำหนด
การสอบใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งหมด วิชาที่สอบคือ ภาษาอังกฤษและคณิตศาสตร์ โดยจะครอบคลุมเนื้อหาวิชาในระดับชั้นก่อนระดับที่เข้าสอบ ในการสมัครสอบนักเรียนไม่สามารถระบุชื่อโรงเรียนที่ต้องการได้ เพราะการได้เข้าเรียนรัฐบาลสิงคโปร์จะพิจารณาจากจำนวนนักเรียนที่โรงเรียนสามารถรับได้ในละแวกใกล้เคียงกับที่นักเรียนพักอาศัยอยู่และจากผลคะแนนการสอบ AEIS และ S AEIS

Pre-University 2	17 to 19+ This is a critical level where students sit for the major examinations i.e. the GCE ‘A’ Level Examination held towards the end of the year*. Schools will normally not admit new IS at this level.
Pre-University 3	This is a critical level where students sit for the major examinations i.e. the GCE ‘A’ Level Examination held towards the end of the year*. Schools will normally not admit new IS at this level.

กำหนดการสมัครสอบ S AEIS 2024

The application periods for the 2024 S AEIS are as follows:

Applications for the 2024 S-AEIS will start in early January 2024
Tests will be conducted on Thursday, 22 February 2024 and Friday, 23 February 2024 (tentative).

The Supplementary Admissions Exercise for International Students (S AEIS) is for international students seeking admission to Primary 2 to 4 and Secondary 1 to 2 in the same academic year.

You can apply for the AEIS through the following steps:

You will need to upload the following documents in the CP during the application period:
Upon successful creation of your CP account, you can apply for the 2022 AEIS during the respective application period.
Create your individual account in the Candidates Portal (CP). https://myexams.seab.gov.sg/auth/login
- Your child’s birth certificate. If it is in other languages, you have to submit an accurate English translated copy.
- Your child’s passport with validity of at least 6 months.
- Your child’s statement of results for the relevant Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test taken within 12 months before the month of submission of their AEIS-Primary online application. There is no need to submit the Cambridge English certificate.

5. Upon successful submission of your application, you will see your application status reflecting "Pending".
6. It will take at least 4 weeks from the day you apply before the status will be updated to “Registered”, if your document submission is in order and your child is assessed to be eligible for the tests. Incomplete document submissions will result in a longer wait time.
7. You will also receive an email informing you to retrieve your child’s entry proof from the CP.

• Remarks: From the 2022 AEIS, we will no longer offer the English test for international students seeking admission into our primary schools. Your child must take the relevant Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) test run by Cambridge Assessment English (CAE), https://www.cambridgeenglish.org/exams-and-tests/qualifications/schools/ and meet or exceed the required scores before they register for the AEIS-Primary Mathematics test.

All applicants are required to arrive 45 minutes before the start of the test, and be seated at their assigned desks at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the test with the following documents:
